First week of classes in my last semester and we’re already deep back into Tale from Space!
I was able to spend a little time over the break adding some new features with networking and mapping out the new method of tracking player data using GameSparks. Hopefully we’ll be ramping up production on design and art side now that better tools and pipelines have been defined.
I chose to have Nils stress test the systems early on this week to highlight any problem areas with the tool or pipeline docs I wrote, which should give me a chance to fix the issues before the rest of the team gets heavily into them.
Fingers crossed that networking goes smoothly from here on out.
